Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
We work with ethical fulfillment partners in the U.S. and Europe who make each product on demand. This helps reduce waste and overproduction.

How long will my order take?
Each item is made just for you!

• Processing time: 2–5 business days

• U.S. delivery: 4–7 business days

• International delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

What are your shipping rates?

United States
• Flat Rate: $6.00 per order
• Per Item: $0.00
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50

Canada
• Flat Rate: $8.00 per order
• Per Item: $2.00

Europe & Select Countries (e.g. Austria, Albania, Andorra, etc.)
• Flat Rate: $7.00 per order
• Per Item: $2.00

Australia & New Zealand
• Flat Rate: $9.00 per order
• Per Item: $2.00

All Other Countries (e.g. Panama, Peru, French Polynesia, etc.)
• Flat Rate: $15.00 per order
• Per Item: $5.00

Do you offer express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only to keep our carbon footprint low and production costs fair.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love what you wear. Since each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was a mistake with your order.

If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, print error, or damage), please email us at hello@protectkindness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue - we’ll make it right.

Orders & Sizing

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin production quickly. Contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing starts.

Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
Not yet, but stay tuned — we’re working on ways to expand our offerings!

Where can I find your size chart?
Size charts are available under each product’s description.

What materials do you use?
Our apparel is made from high-quality, eco-friendly materials including organic cotton and recycled blends, depending on the product.

Are your products ethically made?
Yes — we partner only with production houses that follow fair labor practices and environmental standards.
